Check-in at or after 3 pm. Check-out at or before 11 am.
No smoking inside.
No pets/animals allowed.
No day guests, visitors or unregistered guests allowed.
This cabin has a septic system. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the pipes.
There are security cameras outside.
Place all trash in plastic trash bags. The trash collectors will not remove loose trash in the bin.
All guests must sign the release of liability waiver upon arrival.
You have use of our boats that come with your cabin in the waterfront areas. Life jackets are required in the boats.
Fishing requires a license. If you do not have one, you can get a yearly or 3-day temporary license from Walmart or online at agfc.com.
No glass containers in boats, lake or river. Avoid the $300 per bottle fine!
Please wash your dishes and take your garbage to the outside bin before leaving.
If anything is not working properly, please call and inform us as soon as possible so that we can have it looked at and fixed. We live close by and will be available if you need us.
If you rent a cabin, you must be one of the guests. No sub-leasing.
